Twenty-five years ago he made his Ravinia debut as a conductor. And summer after summer, this gifted and extraordinary conductor and pianist has made a profound contribution to the Festival. Now, in his final summer as our beloved music director, we celebrate the man whose artistic leadership has taken Ravinia to new heights. We've built the 2003 season around a rather unique "Three Bs," composers who most exemplify Eschenbach's career.
